how to grill chicken wings

Grilled chicken wings are one of my favorites, so I am always happy to try a variety of cooking ways to grill wings. I have experienced  a few flavors with different barbecue sauce, this article is a recipe for grilling chicken wings with tomato juice.

Severs: 2

Ingredients:

500 g chicken wings
150 g tomato
100 g onion
15 ml soy sauce
 1/2 tsp salt
10 g ginger
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. sugar
15 ml vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Wash tomatoes and onions. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the onions, and cut the ginger.
2. Put the chopped tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and sugar into a food machine to make them into mixture . When made, pour into a large bowl.
3. Heat the pan, and add the vegetable oil. When the oil sizzles, add the mashed mixture into the pan and cook. Cook for a few minutes until the water evaporates and mixtures becomes thick.
4. After the water is reduced, toss occasionally till the mixture become thick sauce. Transfer the cooked barbecue sauce into a large bowl and chill.
5. Wash wings and dry them with paper towels. Marinate chicken wings with the cooked barbecue sauce. When the chicken wings get completely marinaded, cover them with plastic wrap, and put them into the refrigerator for 6-24 hours for fully marinated. If you want to reduce the time of marinating, you can use a knife to cut two knives in the thick part of the chicken wings.
6. Turn on the electric oven at 375 °F.
7.  Remove the excess marinade of the chicken wings and place them on a baking tray. It is suggested to place a grill mat on the backing tray to prevent from sticking and pollute the baking tray. Also you can place another grill mat under the baking tray when it is placed into the oven to receive the dips from grilled chicken wings.

Tips:
The chicken wings should be marinated for 6-24 hours, and the curing time is too short to be tasteful. But do not marinate for more than 24 hours. If you want to taste more quickly, you can draw 2 knives in the thick part of the chicken wings and draw it on the bones. Or use a barbecue tag to tie N small holes in the chicken wings.
