Butcher paper for smoking worked great to keep moisture

 Butcher paper for smoking worked great to trap in the moisture once my brisket hit temperature. This was my first time using peach paper so I cannot compare it to other brands but I can say I will always use it in the future for smoking meats. Great product, works perfect for cooking brisket on a smoker!!! I much prefer using this product over foil when I smoke brisket and pork shoulder. Allows the meat to get tender without ruining the bark. I bought this for wrapping brisket and pork shoulders when I smoke them. The paper is exactly what I needed to take my meat to the next level. I smoke a lot and this works so much better then foil. Thank you for a great product and I'll be buying more for sure. This is magic paper! I got the best bark on my brisket using this paper, which I was never able to achieve with foil or no wrapping. This paper really is worth the hype.

 Butcher paper for smoking arrived quickly and looks great. It is mounted on two sturdy spools. I have not used it in anger yet but believe it will do the job when I smoke my next brisket. I will provide an update once I use it. This is great quality butcher paper. I would recommend getting the 24 inch size as I found I am using two sheets to wrap but the paper is great for smoking meats and maintaining the bark. I used it to cook my first brisket. Apparently it turned out very well, due in part to the paper. It is hard to find unlined butcher paper. You product was perfect. I used it half way through smoking my first brisket. It worked perfectly. Thanks again for getting it to me in a timely manner. The plastic sleeve that it ships with can be reused when storing to keep the paper clean.

Works like a charm! If you aren't using this kraft butcher paper., you are missing out! Works great. Thick enough to hold heat in and not have drippings get through. I am a first time user of pink butcher paper and my test was on beef short ribs. For the test, I ran my Masterbuilt Electric Smoker at 235 for 5 hours. The first 2 was smoking and the last 3 was tenderizing. I wrapped 2 slabs ribs in this butcher paper as they were and the the other two I wrapped in foil and added a liquid. This Pink Butcher Paper kept my meats sealed in their own juices and with an even cook. I retained a nice bark and the moistness of the meats compared to the foil. I will be keeping a roll of this in my BBQ Inventory and would invite you to try this product for yourself. The only con I have and not really a con, is the roll comes without any form of case or way to cut such as a foil case with a blade. This is not real issue though as any kitchen knife or scissors cuts the paper easily. I used a rubber band to wrap around the paper to keep it from unfolding in storage.

This should last me a while as just a backyard BBQ'r and again, I can't wait to try it on my next BBQ! Used it to make the best brisket ever. Worked perfectly. Great quality Pink Butcher Paper a da great value. I definitely recommend to all Grilling and Smoking enthusiasts. Bought this for my brother at the recommendation of my Uber driver. My brother tried it last weekend, and really liked it. Said it adds a nice citrus sweet hint to the meat, but it’s not overpowering. Just right in the sweet spot. Fast shipping!! Used this butcher paper to wrap up a Texas Style brisket in my smoker just yesterday to get it through "The Stall" and it worked like a charm! Also great for serving the brisket on. First brisket I've ever done and it turned out great. Good amount of paper on the roll!
