YRYM HT Miracle BBQ Grill Mats make No flare-ups

Cooks without drying out the meat (yeah!). Cleaned up easy. It did take a little longer to heat up the grill cooking mat (due to thickness) before we could get to optimum grilling temperature.  Just got my mats and tried them out for the first time last night. We grilled vegetables and salmon and the mats worked perfectly. So nice to cut up Veggies and not have them fall through the grates on have them in tin foil. They cooked up nicely on the mats and the salmon came out perfect as well. Only one use but so far the mats are outstanding!  Just received the YRYM HT grill cooking mat yesterday and will use it for the 1st time next Friday. (our steak night) Will report back then. Great product. The first thing I cooked on them was pancakes. Had a lot of fun watching peoples reaction to pancakes with grill marks. Have used them several times since and I am very happy with them. I use them on a Weber kettle charcoal grill.

Wow, grilling is a whole new experience with the YRYM HT Miracle BBQ Grill Mats! Awesome grill mat - used it in our oven for pizza and it cooks the crust just like it was on the rack. Liking these better all the time as I figure out new thing to use them for. Favorite so far is grilled asparagus (spritz of extra light olive oil, sprinkle of Grillmaster Steak seasoning). Only minor complaint is cleanup - a greasy mess my wife won't allow in the dishwasher. These mats are extraordinary, I have not come across anything quite like them before. No flare-ups because the 'juice' remains on the mat for the item to cook in. No reduction in cooking time time either, very impressed. Easy to clean, soap and water and the residue (salmon, then burgers/hotdogs) just came right off. Arrived quickly and just as quickly were put into action! Thanks for an excellent product.

Let me just say, in context I use a Large Big Green Egg, and use it for all my grilling needs. I bought YRYM HT grill cooking mat to test out how it would handle on an egg using lump charcoal. After cooking some marinaded chicken breasts, I found that it did produced some strange results. I kept my egg at 350-400 degrees, and opened it only to flip when needed. The marinade burned on the mat, and then left black residue on the chicken. As far as fast went, some pieces were great, others tasted like burnt marinade. So here are the pros and cons as I see them... As I have mentioned above, I do not own a gas grill, but several of the videos I saw that reviewed these mats showed one being used. I followed the directions to the T, but found that there was still something left to be desired. The mats are strong and durable, and definitely can withstand the heat as shown. I am planning on gifting these to a friend who owns a gas grill to let him try out one on his. Please feel free to let me know if you have a Big Green Egg and have found your results to be different than mine.

I just received the YRYM HT Grill Cooking Mat a few hours ago, so I have not had the opportunity to try it yet. I certainly hope if lives up to the reviews I read. I can't rate if a 5, since it was made in China, which I did not know when I placed my order. Companies selling in the U.S. should produce in the U.S. I gave myself these mats as a gift for father's day and they really work great. Before using the mats cleaning the grill was a nightmare.. now my grill remains always clean and BBQs are great...
