We bought the longer sized butcher paper roll and it is so worth it! Don't have to fight the smaller sized and you can use less with the longer roll because it covers more and tucks around your meat easier!! I used this paper to wrap pork butts, brisket and ribs for final cooking after smoking. Great product! After reading reviews, I decided to try out this butcher paper for smoking instead of using tin foil...... best cook ever!!!! I’ll definitely be ordering more when I run out!!! Great product and fast shipping. Great butcher paper for smoking brisket. Would definitely recommend. Smoked a brisket on the BGE and this worked perfectly. Great for wrapping my brisket an pork. I was a little surprised. Hoping this will help keep the meats, we do in our smoker, moist. If you ever use foil or metal pans to BBQ, use this (on a sheet, if necessary) instead.
If you smoke meats, YRYM HT Butcher paper for smoking is (arguably) an absolute MUST HAVE. This product is fantastic at being that smoking wrapping paper. A little pricey but supply and demand is a bitc#. This is a great product and if you don't live in Texas or a comparable BBQ state. .you can cut or tear this paper but it is better and or easier to have the mounted cutting "roller" to put the rolls in to just tear off. Great buy (price notwithstanding) you won't be disappointed with the performance. Everything was great for a rack of ribs. Didn’t taste a difference in flavor. Worth the money if you are looking to rap meat for smoking. This is great for smoking meat. Way better than using foil, happy to have found the product. Can't say how much better this is overall vs foil. That's right - we use this paper to wrap up our delicious Texas smoked brisket. The oversize is large enough to cover close to 20lbs of smoked meat without any problems. The paper weight also contains all the meat juices without drips, which is exactly what we needed.
I used YRYM HT brown butcher paper to smoke a brisket , it worked well . Love love love, used for smoking meat works awesome. Best bark ever. I used this for ribs instead of foil and they seemed perfect. Placed butcher paper on after about 6 hours smoking; the brisket turned out perfrectly. Exactly what I needed to wrap my Briskets. Great product for wrapping meat - I use it on the smoker. Also fun to use for serving. Perfect for using in the smoker to keep meat from drying out. It worked perfectly on a large brisket. If you’ve smoked brisket and finished it in aluminum foil try the butcher paper and you’ll end up with a far better result. I used it to wrap a brisket on the smoker and rested the brisket for 6 hrs. The paper held up great, no problems. The paper holds up well during the smoking process. I will continue to use this paper.
