Ingredients:
500 grams of spareribs
Onion, ginger, garlic,
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tablespoon lobster sauce
1 tablespoon salted and fermented soy paste
1 tablespoon cooking wine
Salt
Equipment:
a lager bowl, brown butcher paper, baking tray
Directions:
1. Cut the spareribs into 3 cm cubes and soak in cold water to remove the blood from the spareribs for half an hour. During the period, change the water once. Then remove from water, and dry with the kitchen towel paper to remove excess water. ‘
2. Place the ribs in a large bowl, add diced onion, minced garlic and ginger, lobster sauce, salted and fermented soy paste, oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, honey and salt. Mix thorough. Cover the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
3. Remove and put a piece of brown butcher paper on the baking tray. Transfer the marinated spareribs to the baking tray. Then seal it and make sure the edges are folded.
4. Preheat the oven at medium high temperature at about 220 degrees. Transfer the baking tray into the oven. Set temperature at 220 degrees for both up and low layer to bake for 60 minutes.

5. Take out, uncover the butcher paper, and sprinkle a little white sesame. Put it in the oven again and continue baking for 5-10 minutes.
6. Take out and serve.
