Ingredients:
9 oysters
2 garlic cloves
20 g onion
10 g millet pepper
3 green onions
10 g lemon juice
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Appropriate amount of sesame oil
Moderate coriander
It is suggested to use a non stick grill mat to place on the grate to prevent from sticking.
Instructions:
1. Garlic, millet pepper, onion, and green onions are chopped into pieces.
2. Put the minced garlic in the net sieve, rinse it twice with water to remove the mucus, drain the water and set aside.
3. Add oil in the sauce pan at medium fire, and add the minced green onions and onions. Stir fry for 1 minute and add half of the minced garlic. Turn down to small fire, fry into golden yellow.
4. Add the minced millet pepper into the sauce pan and mix well.
5. Add the other half of the minced garlic, then add 1 teaspoon of ginger powder. Stir evenly for about 10 seconds.
6. Add sugar, light soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the sauce pan. Finally, add some sesame oil and stir thorough to mix well.
7. Transfer the marinade to a bowl and set aside to let it cool.
8. Wash and chop the parsley, then put into a bowl and add some lemon juice.
9. Brush the oyster shell and clean with a brush. Rinse under the tape.
10. Insert the knife along the edge of the oyster and find the place where it can be inserted. Then force the left and right to peel it. Then cut the connected part inside with the knife along one side, and then open it easily with a slap.
11. Preheat the grill, place a BBQ grill mat on the grate, and transfer the oysters on the grill.

12. Put the oysters in the oven or electric oven, 200 degrees , about 6-8 minutes. Take out, turn over, and sprinkle the garlic over each oyster. Then transfer back to oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes.
13. Take it out, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve when it is hot.
