Grilled beef kebabs with potatoes

Beef and potatoes are common ingredient for grilling. Potatoes contains lots of starch and can be eaten as main food. While beef can offer excellent amount of protein. And its texture tastes chewy. If combining them to grill with Orleans marinade, it tastes really flavorful and chewy.

Ingredients: 
365 grams of beef tenderloin
65 grams of Orleans marinade
25 grams of chili powder
2 potatoes
30 grams of water
10 grams of edible oil

Equipment:
bamboo skewers; BBQ grill mat
beef kebabs


Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and simmer them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Slice beef.
2. Mix Orleans marinade, chili powder and water in a bowl and stir evenly.
3. Pour the beef slices into the marinade and stir thoroughly.
4. Add potatoes and edible oil into the bowl with beef, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for overnight.
5. Bamboo skewers are rinsed twice with boiled water. Drain the water for later use.
6. Wear the disposable gloves and thread the potato cubes and beef in sequence into the skewers, left 2 cm edges for handling when grilling.
7. Place a non stick grill mat on the baking tray, transfer the beef and potato skewers on it.
8. Preheat the oven over 200 degrees, transfer the baking tray into the oven, and bake for 15–20 minutes, you can take it out in the process to flip.
