Ok paper but not big enough for most of the meat I smoke. The only thing I disliked about the product is that it stuck to what I was cooking. YRYM HT butcher paper for smoking helped with the process of providing smoky, tender, and delicious meats. Smoked some ribs, pork butt, and a brisket wrapped them a few hours into the cooking process with the butcher paper and ended with great results. Only used this once at this time. Smoked a brisket for 6hrs. Wrapped it in the pink butcher paper, put back on for another 3hrs. Very durable. Was happy w/purchase. Great product. Will use again. Perfect for what i needed.
