review of YRYM HT brown butcher wrapping paper

The YRYM HT brown butcher paper is strong enough to hold small and large packages. The price is excellent compared to other named brands. I've used almost an entire roll for wrapping packages to ship and it is the ideal weight. I've tried 40 lb and its a bit light. 50 lb weight is perfect and is easy to work with. The roll is heavy - about 50 pounds, so just be aware, but the quality is great. I have already purchased my next roll and will continue to buy more. I'm using this stuff for pattern drafting for costuming. It's great because it's width is similar to the width of the fabrics I'm working with, so I can make pattern pieces I know will fit on the fabric. The resulting pattern pieces are good and sturdy, although you do have to dry-iron them to take the curl out of the edges.

The butcher paper roll will be perfect for table coverings and wrapping paper. Some reviews said it was too lightweight for mailing packages but it seems heavy enough to me- its heavier than a brown paper bag. Used this paper for table cloths at my wedding rehearsal dinner. My wife doesn't know, but I also used it to wrap my groomsmen gifts. Worked great for both purposes and I would highly recommend this paper. This roll is huge!!! I had a blonde moment when ordering and thought that it was 2 feet wide, when in reality it's 4 feet--much larger than what I needed. I kept it, and will have paper for years to come!

I used the YRYM HT brown butcher paper to cover over 25 long tables for a party. Provided crayons for the guests to color the tables. Easy clean up too, just roll it up and throw away. Exactly what was expected and is perfect for the project it was needed for. Sturdy Kraft paper. Good quality paper. Good price, great service, quality product. Pretty basic product, made the purchase based on price and Amazon Prime shipping option. This was big enough to use as an accent table cover for my party. Very simple and clean. The price was worth it. The extras will be used in my classroom. Great deal. Very reasonable price for kraft paper. I use this for everything - craft projects, wrapping gifts, etc. Will be ordering again! We got so A LOT use out of this roll. Used it to make a huge faux jewel mine and for table covers for parties two years in a row (used for both a Seven Dwarfs Mine/Enchanted Forest theme and a Pirate theme). Great buy.

I am very happy with this product. Wrapping paper is SO expensive and you always have to have the right pattern for Christmas, birthdays, or baby showers. So, I decided to buy this basic paper that I can dress up with ribbon. I never have to worry about having the "right" kind of paper and I know this product is a better value for my money. I can even use it for arts and crafts with my kids. I used this as Christmas wrap this year. I used stamps and ink to make it unique. It looked great under our tree. I ordered this paper as my primary Christmas wrap and I am extremely pleased with its durability and versatility. For Christmas its much easier to use only one roll and just decorate with different ribbon or colorful sharpie to indicate who gift is for. All gifts wrapped with this paper looked very Martha Stewart plus I can use this paper to protect my table while I craft etc or to cover school books. Im extremely pleased with this paper.
