how to prevent flaming up when grilling

 I've been using the barbecue mat all summer and it's so much easier for clean up! I used to dread cleaning up after grilling, but now I find myself grill more often because these mats make the aftermath so much easier! I ride with a world-wide motorcycle riding club. We frequently go on camping trips and go to lots of rallies every year. These mats are a life-saver! Using only a gas grill, we feed lots of hungry bikers, and used to run short of enough pans to cook for everyone at once. Now, we can fry up enough bacon, sausage, eggs, hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, you name it, to fill those bellies before our big teddy bears turn into grizzly bears. 

This is a surprisingly good product. It doesn't look like much but it is outstanding in terms of the performance. I have my YRYM HT Barbecue Mat on one side of our 19 year old Broilmaster grill (hooked up to the home gas service by PSNC). So, on that side I do the vegetables, the fish, shrimp, Portabello Mushrooms and so much more. I've been using this mat since late August. Cleanup is a breeze. I have some grill gloves and I just use some paper towels to clean it while it is hot. I've been amazed by how well this works. I know they sent 2 barbecue mat. I guess if you want to cover the entire grill (both sides) but one does everything we need. I highly recommend this product. It works. The price is good! and the food is outstanding compared to the taste of tin foil...I guess we are using less stuff that the environment needs to deal with too. Great product!

This is my second time purchasing the YRYM HT BBQ grill mat. They work great and keep my grilled items juicy and not charred from flame ups. The best way to cook on your grill. They are easily cleaned with soapy water or slipped into the dishwasher.  I absolutely love these mats. No more messes to clean up on the grill. They do a great job of cooking items and are very easy to clean up. Best part is that my grill stays spotless. 

I grilled steak and salmon on the grill mat. There was no flaming up which was delightful. The only problem I had was that I had marinated both in teriyaki sauce. I suppose the sugar content in the sauce burned and charred on the mat and it was impossible to wash that off. The instructions should have advised to brush or spray the surface with oil.  It is everything the seller says. Nothing sticks to the surface. It's very easy to clean. It more durable than any other BBQ mat on the market. I love it. I had a flare up tonight and it didn't do anything to the YRYM HT mat. I looked real close after washing the mat and made me feel a whole lot better when I couldn't see anything that would weaken the mat.

I bought barbecue mat to use in my electric smoker to smoke peppers. The mesh size is perfect (1/4 inch) to keep the smaller types of peppers from falling through the racks, but wide open enough to let the smoke through easily without trapping it at the lowest of the several shelf levels. Honestly speaking, when I first saw this mat sheet, I thought it is made with Fabric, it won't last on the fire, so I tried to use the lighter to burn it, it doesn't malt. It is really good for BBQ, I love it. Now it is BBQ season, it is time to own it.They do the job of keeping food from falling through the grill grate and from sticking. I use them on my smoker with low 240°F heat. This product still lets you enjoy the great flavors with grilling and the cleanup is next to nothing. They clean up really quickly and easily and seem pretty durable. I’ve used them several times now and so far, I enjoy using them. Very pleased with the purchase.

I just got the barbecue mat and used it and the quality is great! Very impressed with the quality and happy with my purchase. I replaced some old mesh mats and these are far superior and much cheaper.  Just tried the barbecue mat out for the first time. Food really does not stick to it. Grilling fish and veggies is easy, but the hardest part was always the clean up after. This worked great grilling veggies with sticky sauce.  Racks I put them on still get a little dirty, but better clean up than before.

My husband loves them. He even tried doing potato chips on them and because the air circulates around the food its great for crisping as well.

I used them for a weekend family BBQ. It worked perfectly as I expected, good material, non stick, easy to clean. We are very happy with this purchase. Great product, works well for small vegetables and the non stick means you don’t need to spray any lubricant on it. Works perfect plea for cooking small items so they do not fall through the grill. Held up great to the heat. We'll be using this all summer!

Burgers cooked evenly with no flame ups with YRYM HT grill mat

If you are not using BBQ grill mat, you need to start NOW. These are great. Your food won't be catching fire. Your grill will last longer. I used them to make bbq ribs. Even though the ribs were starting to fall off the bone no worries about them falling into the coals. Also the sauce didn't drip down onto the coals so no fire flare ups and the ribs did not stick to the mats. Definite two thumbs up.

But was different to clean,( my grill never went over 375 degrees) I followed directions, had to scrub a little bit to get some of the burnt on stuff off. Because of that I'm curious to see how long they will last, but for the price- this product did a good job. Have used another BBQ grill mat in past and loved its use for grilling. Purchased a five pack of your mats and love them! Great construction, easy to use, easy to clean up. Has totally improved my grilling results, especially with things easily burned such as asparagus. I put almost all my grilling food on the mats now. 

I have only used the non stick grill mat a couple of times on our grill but were very easy to use and clean up was a breeze. I like that nothing falls through the grates when using these. Shared them with other family members and they love them also. I used one today, after about 5 previous uses, for bbq'd pork chops and pieces of the mat flaked off and stuck to the pork chops. I like the product and will continue to use it, but with caution.

My husband is the grill master and he loves these! If you follow the directions for clean up, these last few several grillings and soaking the mat overnight in soapy water will yield a super easy cleanup the next day. It helps keep the meats from drying out and makes for a better grilling experience all around. I use this amazing product to grill EVERYTHING, so I avoid getting the grill burners dirty with grease and food, therefore extending the life of my gas grill. Sometimes I use one "YRYM HT Grill Mat" for the vegetables and another one for the meats, and this way I don't mix flavors either. It is just an amazing product.

why use butcher paper instead of aluminum foil

The main reason I bought the butcher paper was to do a brisket for the Memorial day cookout. It seems my Walmart decided not to carry briskets any more. So I did a chuck roast. When I would wrap with aluminum foil it would do the trick but the bark would get quite moist.This paper helped by not getting the outside too moist. Of course this wasn't a brisket but I do believe it did help. I also did some country ribs and also wrapped in the brown butcher paper. Today doing Turkey legs. Don't know how they'll turn out but I'll also be wrapping after a couple of hours. Another thing I like is not having the liquid build-up as when you wrap with aluminum foil.

We started using the brown butcher paper to wrap ribs and pork shoulder mid way through the smoking process to retain moisture in the meat. The results are fantastic! This is now a staple item in our smoker tool box. This butcher paper is much easier does a better job than foil for the "Texas Crutch" to get through the plateau. The paper does not leak but becomes kind of translucent from the drippings. This roll will last me a long time. I think I'm done with foil. The e-book is just a basic how to for grilling and BBQ. Thought it would contain uses for the paper. Not a big deal.

First time that I used butcher paper instead of aluminum foil and I'm very delighted with the results. And also YRYM HT provided high quality service. The product keeps the meat moist while allows the perfect crust in the final moments of the cooking process. Very satisfied with the results.  Keeps meat juicy! Will buy again and again! Used on 2 super lean beef roasts and 1 pork roast. Worried beef roasts would be dry bc they were so lean but the paper held so much moisture in you can actually pour it out of the paper. Smoked all until they literally fell apart.  I used it for wrapping up a couple of briskets this past weekend and it was just what I needed. My method is to cook low and slow unwrapped until internal temp gets to ~185. Wrap it up in this and keep going until temp gets up to 203. Perfect every time.

I liked it was in a storage tube with plastic caps stapled to the tube. I added extra staples to one end because the staples don't penetrate the plastic very well. The paper is not as brown as pictured but it does not matter for barbecuing. The book is of little value for a seasoned, pun intended, barbecue practitioner. It is heavier duty butcher paper than I have been able to find locally and cost per square foot is much less without the hassle of finding a local supply.

butcher paper works great for wrapping BBQ smoked meats

We've never used butcher paper wrap on our BBQ smoked meats before....but I saw a cooking show and the winners were using a similar product....so we wanted to try it. We, and all our guests, LOVED it! It let the smoke IN....and also kept the JUICES of the ribs in. Not only was the meat tender and juicy....but our CLEAN UP was a lot less also. We'll purchase this again when we run out of it! Works awesome for my cooks in my smoker!!! Having a great time using the butcher paper on my briskets and pork shoulder aka Pork Butt!!!

I used to wrap my brisket in aluminum foil for the final stage of smoking process. Then someone told me about the brown butcher paper; that it will leave a superior bark. It lets the brisket breath without loosing internal juices. Sure enough; my brisket came out blue-ribbon badass. The brown butcher paper worked great for my pork shoulder. Lots of water and fat given off but it didn’t leak.If it made my food better or worse than foil (or nothing) I’ll never know, but why not hop on the bandwagon?  This WILL change how you do your pork shoulders, brisket and more for the better. This is a great way to get past the stall and enjoy tender flavorful meat. Great for wrapping your smoked meats in. Does rip easily, so you don't have to worry about losing moisture.

I bought the butcher paper for my fiance who loves to cook. He has found it to work perfectly for him in the kitchen. It's thick and study enough to hold heavy pieces of meat. I've even used it a few times. I had an art paper holder that I bought and ended up not needing and this roll fit on it perfect! Will be buying more when we use this up!  wanted parchment paper to line my pizza pan and use in my toaster oven tray. It's all around great to have around the kitchen. I smoked the turkey in picture for 5 hrs at 225 and wrapped in pink butcher paper the last hour- after spritzing with apple juice water mix. one hour later it's very smokey,moist and tender. Beyond my expectations. I don’t know the “science” how this works but it’s like magic. Wrap meat after a few hours of smoking and a few hours later the meat is perfect, tender and best of all moist.

I'm very satisfied with the with the butcher paper I purchased.Bought this to wrap my brisket in. Great paper, this was unwaxed and worked perfectly.  I have found many more uses for it other than freezing. I use it for crafting instead of meats and it soaks up all the ink I need it to. BBQ Grill mat provides non-stick protection for grill

I bought BBQ grill mat for my oven. I put one on the floor of the oven and cut two more to fit the size of my oven tray. I can see that I no longer need to scrub trays or trash cans.  I'm pleasantly surprised after using it, I like to grill fish and usually use a cast iron flat skillet with olive oil but that is still like frying somewhat.I tried it for the first time. there are no smells, the pizza is not burned. Good goods, externally --- Color black, clean the mat with a damp cloth.

The BBQ grill mat is very safe for your health, and it is high temperature resistant and of good quality, which makes me feel that this time the shopping is worth it. I occasionally like to throw some fish on the grill, and this is where the mats come in handy. The whole process is fairly simple. Just pat your fish dry, then sprinkle on some Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. If the fish has skin, you can put them skin-side-down on the mat. Otherwise, hit the BBQ grill mat with a quick spritz of non-stick cooking spray.

For salmon, I usually go 5 minutes total for every half inch of thickness I'm working with non stick grill mat. Or until you get some nice flaking when you poke it. And just flip the salmon once while it's grilling. The non stick grill mat seems durable, and they're not hard to clean. There aren't really any negatives, the only thing that I wish was different is that you have to keep your grill heat fairly low when using the BBQ grill mat. So I either have to plan to cook only with the grill mats, or time the cooking for when I'm starting to lose heat and have been grilling other things. Good non stick grill mat, either way.

Now I can say I love the non stick grill mat. I don' t worry about how clean the grill is since it is easy to clean. Food taste great and you still get those nice grill marks. Also, I have a inexpensive grill at home and these mat prevent flare ups.  I cook everything on it works great. What I like is when I cook hamburgers I have no flare ups and the burgers cook great and juicy. I love anything that makes your life easier and cleaner. These BBQ Grill mat provides non-stick protection for your grill and you can safely cook anything on them. Keeps food from sticking up the grill and burners and they are heavy-duty enough to clean and reuse.

Grilled beef kebabs with potatoes

Beef and potatoes are common ingredient for grilling. Potatoes contains lots of starch and can be eaten as main food. While beef can offer excellent amount of protein. And its texture tastes chewy. If combining them to grill with Orleans marinade, it tastes really flavorful and chewy.

Ingredients: 
365 grams of beef tenderloin
65 grams of Orleans marinade
25 grams of chili powder
2 potatoes
30 grams of water
10 grams of edible oil

Equipment:
bamboo skewers; BBQ grill mat
beef kebabs


Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and simmer them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Slice beef.
2. Mix Orleans marinade, chili powder and water in a bowl and stir evenly.
3. Pour the beef slices into the marinade and stir thoroughly.
4. Add potatoes and edible oil into the bowl with beef, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for overnight.
5. Bamboo skewers are rinsed twice with boiled water. Drain the water for later use.
6. Wear the disposable gloves and thread the potato cubes and beef in sequence into the skewers, left 2 cm edges for handling when grilling.
7. Place a non stick grill mat on the baking tray, transfer the beef and potato skewers on it.
8. Preheat the oven over 200 degrees, transfer the baking tray into the oven, and bake for 15–20 minutes, you can take it out in the process to flip.

How to grill oysters

Oysters are usually cooked in grilling. How to grill oysters? Follow my recipe and have a start.
Ingredients:
9 oysters
2 garlic cloves
20 g onion
10 g millet pepper
3 green onions
10 g lemon juice
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Appropriate amount of sesame oil
Moderate coriander
It is suggested to use a non stick grill mat to place on the grate to prevent from sticking.

Instructions:
1. Garlic, millet pepper, onion, and green onions are chopped into pieces.
2. Put the minced garlic in the net sieve, rinse it twice with water to remove the mucus, drain the water and set aside.
3. Add oil in the sauce pan at medium fire, and add the minced green onions and onions. Stir fry for 1 minute and add half of the minced garlic. Turn down to small fire, fry into golden yellow.
4. Add the minced millet pepper into the sauce pan and mix well.
5. Add the other half of the minced garlic, then add 1 teaspoon of ginger powder. Stir evenly for about 10 seconds.
6. Add sugar, light soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the sauce pan. Finally, add some sesame oil and stir thorough to mix well.
7. Transfer the marinade to a bowl and set aside to let it cool.
8. Wash and chop the parsley, then put into a bowl and add some lemon juice.
9. Brush the oyster shell and clean with a brush. Rinse under the tape.
10. Insert the knife along the edge of the oyster and find the place where it can be inserted. Then  force the left and right to peel it. Then cut the connected part inside with the knife along one side, and then open it easily with a slap.
11. Preheat the grill, place a BBQ grill mat on the grate, and transfer the oysters on the grill.

12. Put the oysters in the oven or electric oven, 200 degrees , about 6-8 minutes. Take out, turn over, and sprinkle the garlic over each oyster. Then transfer back to oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes.
13. Take it out, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve when it is hot.

How to Grill Spareribs wrapped in butcher paper

Grilled spareribs taste quite chewy and delicious. If wrapped in butcher paper, it can be more tender and meaty. This is a recipe about how to grill spareribs in butcher paper.

Ingredients: 
500 grams of spareribs
Onion, ginger, garlic,
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tablespoon lobster sauce
1 tablespoon salted and fermented soy paste
1 tablespoon cooking wine
Salt

Equipment:
a lager bowl, brown butcher paper, baking tray

Directions:
1. Cut the spareribs into 3 cm cubes and soak in cold water to remove the blood from the spareribs for half an hour. During the period, change the water once. Then remove from water, and dry with the kitchen towel paper to remove excess water. ‘

2. Place the ribs in a large bowl, add diced onion, minced garlic and ginger, lobster sauce, salted and fermented soy paste, oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, honey and salt. Mix thorough. Cover the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

3. Remove and put a piece of brown butcher paper on the baking tray. Transfer the marinated spareribs to the baking tray. Then seal it and make sure the edges are folded.

4. Preheat the oven at medium high temperature at about 220 degrees. Transfer the baking tray into the oven. Set temperature at 220 degrees for both up and low layer to bake for 60 minutes.

5. Take out, uncover the butcher paper, and sprinkle a little white sesame. Put it in the oven again and continue baking for 5-10 minutes.

6. Take out and serve.

brown Butcher Paper keeps brisket nice and juicy

The YRYM HT butcher paper is thick and sturdy. Absorbs and holds grease from the brisket very well, forming a very effective moisture barrier that results in an incredibly tender and juicy brisket. I just bought a second roll for my uncle. He had to have it after he tried some of the brisket I made with it. I smoked the brisket for a little over 3 hours unwrapped. Then, wrapped it with this paper, and cooked it until it felt nice and tender. The results were tender, juicy, and delicious. Try it. You will not be disappointed. I like the way the bark stayed firmer then it does when wrapped it foil. Love the fact that when I am done I get to reuse the paper to start my next chimney.

Through Amazon I got the butcher paper next day guaranteed and it was at my house by noon, just as the brisket came out of the stall. Wrapped brisket in two layers and cooked til it hit 203 about 4 hours later. Too many hungry people to let it rest for very long, but man was it juicy! Great investment. Great to smoke meat with butcher paper. Holds the juices just tin foil. Really pleased with it. I just recently learned about this type of paper wrap and was told this is the way to go. True to form, works like a champ delivering as promised. Sure beat aluminum foil.

This butcher paper worked great for us. We smoked a brisket and wrapped it in the paper for part of the smoking and then let it set I the paper while it rest and it was so moist and tender. Was very HAPPY with the product. The butcher paper is good quality. The brown butcher paper was delivered when it said it would be delivered. What I didn't realize is that I would receive a E-Book on backyard BBQ. That was an unexpected plus. The link was in an email that the seller sent. So this was a good experience. Now I can hardly wait to get busy with the book and the butcher paper. Fast shipment and the paper works great. First brisket ever cook and as good as our favorite BBQ places.

This is the best butcher paper we have used. Very fast shipping. High quality! Perfect size for small kitchen work and smoking. Relatively heavy, so tearing not a problem, yet easy to fold and form. Works like I hoped it would. Learning from champion food smokers. They said you have to have some of this paper to help ensure a successful smoking experience.

YRYM HT BBQ grill mat is amazing for grilling

The YRYM HT BBQ grill mat is an absolute great value. There are 5 in the pack which I'm splitting between two houses. They are non-stick and function perfectly. Salmon and other seafood grills in minutes with no stick, no breaking of the thin fillet when flipped, and easy clean up. A must have for grilling. Really like this product. Unfortunately, somehow we received (and were charged for two sets) and it costs so much to return it's not worth it. Really didn't like the response that we should find someone to buy the second set from us! Sounded kind of smart-alecky! Does just what it says it does. Only used it twice so far and the clean up is real easy. Just wash it in the sink with dish detergent and it is as new.

The YRYM HT BBQ grill mat is amazing. Asparagus is the main thing we've used them for but you can cook just about anything on them. You can also drizzle olive oil on them, no problem. VERY happy with this purchase. Great value for the cost. My only issue with using this on a grill is that fluid will collect with no way to drain. I'm contemplating puncturing small holes in it & testing it like that. Otherwise great product. Great BBQ grill mat. I have used them from burgers to fish and everything in between. I'm on my second set. First ones I got was a two pack and they lasted me for a year and a half. I use them several times a week year round. My husband absolutely love these. He says that he is disappointed that he has not discovered them sooner. We will be definitely buying more when these wear out. 

So far I like the non stick grill mat. Getting the grill marks as described but it is keeping the grill plates clean. That is much more important to me.  I used one of the grill mats on my Big Green Egg. I smoked a salmon filet and it slid off with no sticking. I also cooked chicken breasts and turkey burgers with no sticking. Clean up was a breeze. So far they are great. Grille veggies &2 types of fish & everything came out the way I wanted. Clean up was easy & no burning of the grill or brushing.

Use non stick grill mat on the grill and works perfectly. Easy cleanup. I've used mine about 6 times now and still looks good. Works Great! My Dad loves them and they work well for reducing the flair ups on the grill. The meat came out brilliantly and clean up was a breeze. We're not sure if they'll last very long but so far they've done well. Just used to grille salmon. Worked great! Have shared this product with several friends. We've used our YRYM HT BBQ Grill Mat a handful of times already and have really liked them. Clean up is much easier and we still get that "grilled" look to our meats. Great product!

YRYM HT butcher paper is a must for smoking brisket

The YRYM HT butcher paper is a must for BBQ/Smoking arsenal. Lets the meat breathe and get the smoke flavor, but holds in the juices. Highly recommended. Roll is big enough to last for many cooks. I have used it one time with brisket and one time with pork butt and it works great. Provides a great finish not just for briskets. I use for most of my smoked meats. Used for the first time on a couple of 1w pound packer brisket. Tender, juicy, and the best bark I have ever had. Great for wrapping ribs while smoking on the BGE. This was a great value for how much paper came on the roll. I wrapped a brisket with the paper for my “Texas crutch”. It helped push through the stall better than foil ever did.

The Butchers Paper was exactly what I expected and needed it to be. I smoked a Pork Butt and two Short Rib Plates and the Butchers Paper was integral to the overall tenderness and more importantly the moisture retention of my meats. I was extremely please with the product. The price point makes it a staple for me from now on. Used it to make a beautiful brisket last weekend and today I made a pork butt that I’ll shred in a few hours I’m sure it did great on the pork the brisket had an unbelievable bark you couldn’t get with foil, will buy this product again once I need it again! I'm new to this smoking thing and this paper is really remarkable. I did a brisket; 12+ hours until at temp, then double wrapped in this paper and finished it with 4 more hours. It was wonderful. The butcher paper contained the grease and did its job.

The brown butcher paper is Great on the smoker. Did not tear and held up to an overnight cook. Heard about peach paper while searching for recipes online - have tried foil before, but this was a notch above. Great purchase! I used this to wrap my very first brisket. I assume it did exactly what it was supposed to do as the brisket turned out damn near perfect. I used this for my first brisket of the year and it made a noticeable difference. I have used foil before and the butcher paper is the way to go, it helped to keep the brisket moist while not making the bark mushy and soft. This is a good quality paper and worth the money.

I normally use foil to wrap my ribs but this is great. Ribs came out tender. Will continue to use more often. I read to use this when smoking a brisket. What a fabulous difference it made. The only drawback was the height. Taller roll would be better for me. But, very good, and easy to work with. My first cook (brisket) using this was much, much better than a foil wrap.

BBQ Grill Mat works great for grilling

We tried the BBQ gill mats. Our steaks seemed juicier, and our grill stayed clean! They are great! Works good as far as the mat transfers heat well, foods seem to cook quick and even. Cleans easily? Not so much, but certainly better than cleaning a grill surface. If cleaning were easier, I would rate five stars. These are perfect for grilling on vacation. Stuck using a grill dirty from someone else? Problem solved! I didn't feel they were as easy to clean as other reviewers did but it beats scrubbing the grill and they really do work great!

The BBQ Grill Mat works great!! We've burnt many meals due to sudden grease flare ups, but these eliminated those. Food tastes great and doesn't stick. Bought these to go on my new grill. I Love them... They are reusable;however, don't over lap the ends because they will stick together and damage a part of the mat... Very easy to clean while you're cooking and afterwards. Your food still has the grilled loom and taste. A must have... Sorry I didn't take a photo, but please take my word. Tried the pads for first time worked great, no mess to clean up. Cooks well and evenly. I'm hooked on these! Used 2 on Weber gas grill last weekend to grill hot dogs & hamburgers. Worked slick. 

The non stick grill mat is the greatest invention for bbq-ing. Especially if you gas grill burns unevenly like mine does. This solves all uneven charring, still get grill marks, amazing especially for fish where it's like grilling in a pan. I even cut one up and made a round non-stick omelette cooker for my frying pan (leaving a tab at each end to pull together when eggs set), where you can cook your omelette over very low heat, covered till it gets firm and then pull the tabs together and lay it on a plate and the omelette just slides off. Also cleaning them is easy and fast, with even the most cooked on charred marinades. Truly the best new summer item! Not so good with multiple uses, great idea...dish washer doesn't get it clean. But, a fair product at a fair price.

I love cooking breakfast outside of our camper, Fried eggs, pancakes, bacon nothing stuck, and Chicken,burgers and so on doesn't stick of flame up, and OMG !! Loving cooking Fish and shrimp on them again NOTHING STICKS !! These mats are exceptionally nice. Have previously ordered the flimsier bronze toned, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of these. While I am not using them on a grill, I am using them to protect the top of the stove, from splatters, when cooking and in the oven. Makes clean up a breeze!! Keeps my grill clean without comprising flavor. We use them everytime we grill! Meat still doesn't stick after multiple washes. I would invest in a small, plastic scraper for cleaning. They do a number on your kitchen sponges.

YRYM HT BBQ grill mat is great for grilling

It's my first time using a BBQ grill mat and I was worried that the meat would come out "fried", but it didn't! I grilled burgers today for lunch and, although they don't grill exactly as they would do on a normal grill, they came out deliciously wet and flavorful. The water and fat that is released by the cooking meat stays on the mat, which is good on one side since you don't have to deal with a messy grill afterwards, but it also tends to cook the burgers as if they were on a Teflon pan. I pushed the excess water and fat off the grill mat with a rubber spatula when turning the burgers so it wouldn't "fry" them.

The YRYM HT BBQ grill mat is great for grilling. Keeps you grill clean and food can't slip through while cooking. Good for shrimp, vegetables and actually all foods. The grill mats work great! If they do not work for you, you are the problem. I used them for grilled, Teriyaki Salmon. Perfect. No melting. Great browning. Great non stick grill mat.

The end result is a burger that is less "dry" than a purely grilled one, with nice grill marks but no burnt surface, and a perfectly clean BBQ afterwards (except for some splatter from the water/fat that rests on the mat). Nothing sticks on the BBQ grill mat, it's great! Cleaning the mat was a breeze, I just wiped away the food debris and washed the mat in one inch of soapy water inside the kitchen sink. I'm adding a picture of the mat AFTER the first use and, as you can see, it almost looks like new. There are very slight grill marks on the back and a 1/4 inch "rip" on one edge (I pulled the mat up from the grill with a wrong movement: you have to handle it carefully as it seems to be relatively delicate). Overall, I believe that this mat will last for at least 5 to 10 grilling sessions, maybe more if handled with great care, which is not too bad for a $2 mat.

We use these all the time for:
1) Grilling vegetables (and some fruit) - they don't get grill gunk and they don't fall through the cracks
2) Grilling Lamb - directs the grease away from the meat so the grill is less likely to catch fire.
3) Cooling cookies - Cookies don't stick and unlike wax paper these are totally reusable.
4) Baking frozen pizza - lets heat hit the crust but without allowing cheese to drip into the bottom of the oven

The YRYM HT grill mats work great! No more losing food to the charcoal gods. Steak was evenly cooked and the color was just right. Clean up was easy. The meat will cook the same with grill marks because the heat transmits through the mats. The juices will initially stay on the mat but then burn off and the meat is done to perfection and clean up is of the mats only, no grate scraping.

I love the ease of using grill mats. It's so nice not to have things burn and not to have to clean off the grill. All the mess is on the mats. The first couple of uses just brush off and later uses you need to wash them.They are washable and each can be used multiple times. Everything cooked to perfection although it did take a little longer than anticipated. The YRYM HT grill mats are sturdy, easy to clean, and reusable. Next I am going to try breakfast - pancakes and fried eggs. These mats have really extended my culinary options on the grill! As of now I have grilled using the mat several times with no deterioration of the mat. I use my grill mat for the first time and I was impress, the chicken did not stick it work perfectly. Clean up is a snap because the grill stays clean and the mats go right into the dishwasher. You can't ask for anything more. Definitely the beginning of a new era of grilling for me!

Excellent item and would definitely recommend it.

Grill Squid kebabs

Grilled squid kebabs are very popular among young people. They taste fresh and flavor. This is a recipe for how to grill squid kebabs.

Ingredients
100 grams squid
5 grams cumin powder
5 grams chili powder
Appropriate amount of white sesame
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Appropriate amount of salt

Directions

1. Wash the squid and tear off the red skin. Cut the sucker of the squid with kitchen scissors, then cut squid into stripe.
2. Mix cumin powder, chili powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little salt in a bowl. Stir evenly to make puree, and seal with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Soak the bamboo or wooden skewers in water for at least 3 hours to prevent from burning. It is advised to soak overnight or use metal skewers.
4. Take out the marinated squid. Thread into skewers. Leave at least 2 cm at the end of the skewers.
4. Place a grill mat or butcher paper on the baking tray to prevent grease from sticking and keep baking tray clean.
6. Adjust the oven over 200 degrees and preheat for 10 minutes. Transfer the squid into the baking tray.
7. Set the time for 20 minutes. Then transfer the baking tray to the oven for baking.
8. When grilled for 10 minutes, take out the baking tray with insulated gloves. Pour off excess marinade and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Bring it back into the oven again and continue to bake it.
9. Take the baking tray out when it reaches the set time. Transfer to a plate and rest for a few minutes as the squid can go on grilling with juicy. Sever when it is still warm.

I bought the YRYM HT butcher paper to do Texas style brisket, using it as the "Texas crutch" when the temp hit 165 degree F. It lived up to it's positive reviews. This butcher paper is a great value for a couple of reasons. It's sturdy (not sure you need to double wrap, but I did) It takes the grease and breathes as opposed to tin foil. It's on a set of spools so you can mount it on a roller if you choose. The electronic recipe book is a great bonus and I can't wait to try some of them. I looked at several other products, but am confident I made the right choice. BTW, the brisket was fab! Best butch paper ever! My wrapped brisket came out perfectly. Perfect for home barbecue lovers!

Have used  the butcher paper on beef ribs and brisket. Both came out very juicy with a thick crust of bark. Great product. This is a great product that does a great job. I just used it in the process of smoking a brisket in my pellet grill/smoker. The paper held up exceptionally well; it allowed the meat to breathe but it kept the juices inside the wrapped package which minimized a messy cleanup. Love this paper to wrap my ribs! I love to use paper instead of aluminum. Was looking at other companies but this brand was the right fit for my ribs! Package came in perfect condition exactly what I was expecting. Now time to get barbecue on. Thanks for great product.

Works better the foil while smoking meats in the final stages. Helps to get through the “Stall Factor”. Very durable and with the cooking string stays closed. The butcher paper works well for many different things. Best of all. Product is great, but the packaging from Amazon was lacking. Looks and feels as if it had gotten wet and the first couple feet are unusable. We have nothing to compare it to but we just used it and are happy with it! Awesome product.. much better results than with traditional foil. No steaming if the meat on the bbq.  Love it. I need more of it. Better then foil, holds up to high temps great. Does wonders when smoking food.

Love this butcher paper. Used for both smoked short ribs and brisket. They turned out excellent! Tried the paper for the first time on pork ribs. They came out tender and moist using this paper halfway during smoking. Paper worked great but don’t be misled by the free book. I collect cookbooks and when you are sent a PDF file to print. That’s not a free book. This was my first time to use paper on my smoked brisket, and it did turn out with excellent flavor. I will be trying it again and am very pleased with the results thus far.

YRYM HT grill mat makes grill easy and clean

I love the YRYM HT mat--it makes grilling so much more fun because the food is just delicious!! My husband finally had a chance to use it and loved it. It was easy to use and easy to clean up. I bought the ultimate grill mat for use on my weber grill. I have used it mainly for fish and chicken. Also used it for eggs and it worked great. With this mat, cooking fish is easy....probably the best way to cook fish. I do not dry out the fish wish is important. A great benefit is my grill burners stay nice and clean. I did wash these in my dishwasher and have re used. They still work like they are brand new. I'm considering buying for Christmas gifts this year.

We’ve needed a new grill for a while...but when I saw these grill mats sheets, I knew we could get another year or more out of it! Previously the grill cooked very unevenly and the flames had a mind of its own. With just one of these sheets my husband cooked everything evenly and perfectly. I put the dirty sheet (after it cooled down of course) on the top rack of the dishwasher. Unfortunately I learned the hard way that I can’t have anything else on the top rack. Most of the items had greasy black flakes on them and I ended up needing to hand wash the sheet anyway. (Disclaimer: our dishwasher isn’t exactly the best so it’s possible that’s the issue.) Thin to win. It is very nice they are delivered flat. That is what they say.

I love fish on the grill but it always gets destroyed. While with the YRYM HT grill mat, my fish was perfect better than restaurant quality and my vegetables cook evenly and didn't follow through can't wait to try a steak on it.  The grill mat is a fantastic product I have been very impressed how my grilled dishes had come i out. I have only used this one time.....(thank you cold WI weather)....but I loved it! I was grilling burgers and what a pleasure to not have the meat stick to a hot grill grate. Cleanup was easy also.

These work very well as long as you don't do what my teens did and put it over an open flame saying, "You mean the fire is more than 500 degrees?" I use one on my indoor grill which makes clean up so much easier. No more making sure to get between the grooves well enough that nothing is left behind. I gave one set to friends who like to grill and they love it. They prefer throwing the mat into the dishwasher to having to scour the outdoor grill.

The YRYM HT grill mats are amazing! They leave the grill clean, leave the meat with grill marks, and are a breeze to clean. The material can be cut to create a custom fit for your grill and the quality seems great. I have used them everyday since I have purchased them and I am very happy with the performance and taste of the food. I highly recommend this product for those that love grilling. It is a must have! we have already used this twice in the week we have had it. We made vegetables and it was so nice not to have to peel them off of foil! They came out tasting the same without being burnt also. I can't believe I had never heard of this before since we grill so often. Will be getting some as a gifts this year!!

Now that grilling season is here I was so excited to purchase this product. And I'm so glad I did. These grill mats are great! No more lining the grill with nonstick foil or letting your food fall through. Just toss this on your grill, it's that simple. They are also easy to clean and cut to size without fraying. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves grilling. Hands Down worth it!! Always scared to use stuff like this and at this price I said why not and of course I've been shopping so my wife is excited that I'm done looking at the 20 different kinds in every store we go to. Used it a lot and fell in love with it the first time!!! Perfect for fish. I also grilled some zucchini and topped it with cheese. There was melted cheese all over the mat. Most of it fell off as soon as I picked it up. The rest wiped off with a sponge.

Have grilled shrimp. vegetables and Carne Asada to date. Cooked perfectly and easy clean up. Great product would highly recommend. Awesome product. I've had another brand of mats before that started to shred after one wash in the dishwasher. No issues with that on this product. These mats are phenomenal! I don't know the science behind it but easy to grill with and the flavor is not compromised at all. Makes cooking veggies and fish a breeze as well as easy clean up after. Game changer at my house for sure. I purchased this as a gift for my grill loving better half! I think it will come in handy and make clean up much easier. I'm very happy with this purchase. Works well for cooking. Somewhat difficult to clean and is starting to bend/warp after a few uses. Good product for the price overall.

How does YRYM HT grill mat?

I have a Chargriller pellet grill as well as a Weber performer charcoal kettle grill. Used the new mat on the Chargriller for the first time while cooking a rack of pork. 6lbs of meat on the mat and 230 degrees of rich wood smoke turned out a perfectly done meal in just 2 hours time. This is faster than the last time I cooked the same size rack, not sure if the mat helped speed the process or not. The home made rub recipe I use is wonderful, but the residue it leaves on the grates is pretty tough to clean up, until now. This particular cut of meat doesn't produce much in the way of juices, but the mat held everything and allowed nothing to contact the grates. Once cooled, it took less than a minute to clean the mat and have it ready for the next time. Anxious to try other types of meals all while using the YRYM HT grill mat on both of my grills. Well done DSquared. So, I'm a hard core griller - use my DCS at least five nights a week. And grilling means, well, using a grill - not a mat. So when I picked these up, I was questioning my sanity. Truly.

BUT. Here's the thing. On occasion, I grill overly fatty/greasy items (ribeye, bacon, for example) which can cause flare-ups, even on the lowest setting (which is the norm). That's where these mats come in. Completely eliminates the problem. Love 'em for that use. I used the YRYM HT Grill Mat for the first time on my gas grill last night to cook burgers. These grill mats are amazing! I recently cleaned my gas grill and the mat helped to keep my grill clean. The grease from the burgers was easily scraped to the side of the mat for easy removal after cooking. The burgers and onions cooked perfectly without sticking. The clean up was much easier than I anticipated as nothing sticks to these grill mats. I simply removed the worst of the debris on the mat with a plastic spatula, rinsed it, and draped it in the top shelf of my dishwasher for easy and complete cleanup. I will look forward to using the YRYM HT Grill Mat for cooking a variety of foods on my gas grill.

I purchased these for my husband to use on our gas grill. He was skeptical at first, then we were going to grill steak. He said that he should try the Grill Mats. Man is he glad he did...the steaks cooked more even and quicker, clean up was a snap. He wants to tell everyone about these Grill Mats now. He cannot wait to cook other stuff on them. I have been using this Grill Mat for several months now and am very happy with it. In some ways it's a little like frying because the grease and sauce doesn't drain down through the grate, but the meat does have a grilled taste, it browns well, and is tender and juicy. I can mop the grease a bit if there is too much collecting, and that works to some extent. I'm using it on my Patio Bistro Electric Grill which doesn't really heat up enough to burn off residue. I was able to cut the mat to fit my grill easily. Food doesn't stick to it and a plastic scrub sponge and dish soap is all I need for easy clean up. I just bring it in and wash it in the sink. Perfect for me!
